p90x3 warriorAnother one of our favorites is the P90X3 Warrior workout.  This workout is an absolutely killer and really focuses on incorporating the entire body.  I think what also makes the P90X3 Warrior workout even tougher is the fact that it’s at the end of the week during the Classic P90X3 Schedule, so your body is running on “E”.

What is the P90X3 Warrior workout?

The P90X3 Warrior workout consists of doing four exercises; upper body, cardio, core and lower body.  It will break up these workouts in separate blocks.  Each is done for approximately 60 seconds with no rest in between. At the end of each block of exercises is a 30 second break.  I usually don’t list the moves of the P90X3 workouts since Tony gives his moves weird names, but this one is pretty cut and dry.

I would say my favorite moves from the P90X3 Warrior workout are the elevator push-ups, super burpee and the double upper cut sprawls.  Definitely not the easiest moves, but you will feel the burn quick!

  • BURNOUT
