p90x3 agility xP90X3 Agility X falls on the second day of the week (in block 1) when you follow the Classic P90X3 Schedule.  For the P90X3 Agility X workout, you will need tape.  Tony will show you how to lay lines of tape on your floor, which you will use throughout the workout.  You will learn to love and hate the tape at the same time…

Agility X was definitely a crazy 30 minute workout that focused on moves that involved some running, jumping, and an insane amount of discipline and balance. Again, like my other P90X3 reviews, I would list the moves, however, since Tony gives his routines goofy names, they probably wouldn’t make much sense unless you were committing to P90X3, too.  So instead, Ill describe some of the moves.

Most of these moves were not new to Lindsay and I, however, they still were no walk in the park.  Tip; definitely give yourself some room for this workout so you don’t run into anything and hurt yourself.  You will be all over the floor with this one.  You will do everything from high knees, to lunges, to balance skaters, to squats, and even plyo pushups!  So as you can tell, the P90X3 Agility X workout will work mostly the lower half and core of the body, but won’t completely leave out the upper body.  Oh you just wait, when you thought you were almost finished, Tony will slap some of the toughest moves on you that will push you so close to your limit!  Once the clock reads 0:00, you will be left in a puddle of sweat!

Don’t forget, even if you can’t keep up with the crew the entire 30 minutes, P90X3 has a modifier in each workout you can follow.  This comes in handy toward the end when you are running low on juice.  But, always try to push yourself – you’ll be surprised at what your body can accomplish!
