My Favorite Workouts Programs

My Top Beachbody Workouts

As most of you may know, I have definitely done my share of workout programs.  Whether it was committing to them alone, committing to the with my wife, or committing to them to support my wife, I have been around the block or two… or ten.  With that being said, I wanted to take a quick moment to help share some of my favorite workouts.  I would highly recommend these; either based on the results they have given me or the results they have given my wife.  If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.  I have done all of these that I am recommending.

This will grant you full access to over 500 workouts, which new workouts are added monthly!  Much like a Netflix for your workouts.  Just wanted to share this option before getting into my favorite workout routines!

Now, where were we?  Oh yeah, here are my top recommendations!

Body Beast

First off would have to be my all-time favorite workout, Body Beast.  Who doesn’t like slamming around some weight, feeling strong, and feeling swoll?  I know guys can relate to this!  Ladies, have no fear, this workout is perfect for you, too.  Body Beast is a 90 day program that focuses on muscle building, mass gaining and overall strength training.  The workouts are 5-6 days a week and usually range from 30 to 50 minutes in length.  Body Beast combines old school weight lifting with an increased tempo for faster results.  You will receive a full workout schedule and meal plan to follow throughout the 3 phases of the program.  Personally since starting Body Beast, I have been able to gain over 25lbs of muscle mass!  It’s been amazing!  Definitely one of my favorite workouts I recommend!  You’ll be addicted after that first day!  Click Here to Order the Body Beast Pack.

CIZE

This workout is surprisingly one of my favorites – and guess what, I absolutely hate and suck at dancing.  But this workout, even though it’s dance related, is actually a ton of fun… and a better workout than I expected.  I originally started doing CIZE with my wife since she is committed to it.  Well, after the first day of it, I was hooked.  Now, I still sucked at dancing, but the 30 minutes of the workout went so fast because I wasn’t focused on working out, I was focused on dancing and laughing with my wife.  And then when it was over, I was left in a puddle of sweat!  It’s a super fun workout to do with your significant other to push one another!  We turn it into a friendly competition, although, my wife kicks my butt in dancing every time.  But I promise, I’ll give her a run for the money soon enough… maybe.  Definitely a great workout! P90X3

P90X3 is one of my favorites because it incorporates similar moves from the original P90X, but spices them up a bit.  This workout is great for overall strength building and muscle endurance – which is perfect for those training for their sport season to come around.  P90X3 is similar to the original P90X, so it is a 90 day program that is divided into 3 phases.  The workouts are 5-6 days a week and all workout are 30 minutes long!  Yes, just a half hour a day!  How great is that!?  But trust me, the 30 minutes aren’t a walk in the park… be prepared to do work.  I love incorporating P90X3 in my routine when it’s time to start toning up for the spring and prepare for swim suit season.  You will receive a full workout schedule, as well as, structured meal plan to follow. Focus T25

Focus T25 is a great agility workout to add into the mix.  Shaun T will push you through some of the hardest 25 minute workouts of your life – but hey, they are only 25 minutes so you can do it!  Focus T25 is a 2 phase workout program with the ability to upgrade to a 3 phase program.  They say that T25 has the easiest meal plan to follow, and I agree!  Each item in the meal plan contains less than 5 items and takes less than 25 minutes to cook… really can’t make it any easier to follow that that.  Click Here to Order the Focus T25 Pack.

Insanity Max:30

Oh boy – get ready for a kick in the ass!  Shaun T takes all his favorite moves from Insanity, Insanity Asylum and Focus T25 and some new moves, and combines them in “max out” style workout program.  Basically, you will do a ton of moves over the period of 30 minutes, without a break!  You will push yourself to the limit and when you have to stop to take a breather, consider that your “max out” time.  Write it down and when you do that workout again next week, your goal will be to beat that time.  This workout is pretty intense, but with the intensity comes results!  The meal plan is fairly simple to follow, too.  Click Here to Order the Insanity Max:30 Pack.

21-Day Fix

This is one of my wife’s favorites so I definitely want to make sure I recommend it.  If your nutrition sucks or you feel it can be greatly improved upon, this workout will teach you a simple way to eat better without drastically changing your lifestyle.  The 21-Day Fix with Autumn Calabrese comes with a full workout program to follow (all workouts are 30 minutes or less) and a complete nutritional plan to follow that even includes simple-to-use portion control containers.  Heck, if it fits in the container, you can eat it.  Really, it’s that simple – which is why she loves it!  The program is 21-Days long, but can easily be repeated over and over and over again until you hit your goals. This is definitely the perfect workout for those who are trying to slim down before a reunion, or a wedding, or a vacation or for those who just want to jump-start their weight loss journey and start getting back on the right track again!  You will not find an such an easy-to-follow, well-structured workout/nutritional program than the 21-Day Fix!  Click Here to Order the 21-Day Fix Pack.
