Snacks can either make or break your fitness results.  We all crave something through out the day or at night, so snacking can be dangerous to many.  However, if you snack on the right healthy foods, and in moderation, then you shouldn’t have any issues and it can be very healthy for your nutrition.

So what are the best healthy snacks?  Well, there are a lot of healthy foods you can snack on, but I’m going to make this easy and simple list my favorites!

Edamame

I have been snacking on edamame for years!  It’s easy to prepare and good to have while we watch our favorite TV shows or movies!  It’s kind of like the plant version of popcorn…
