Healthy Grocery List Ideas

I have been getting request to share my grocery list and meal plan.  Even though I share a lot more of my day-to-day meal plan and supplementation in our Clean-Eating Groups, I will share a simplified version of my basic grocery list.  This basic grocery list of items can serve as inspiration for you to create a plan to meet your personal goals. Your daily calorie ranges and macros levels will vary so your items may change based on your goals.

While you’re out, buy packaging!

As you are prepping your meals in advance, you’ll want to make sure you have plenty of tupperware to hold your meals and keep them fresh. You can find cheap bundles of reusable tupperware at local stores like TARGET and WALMART. Also, for those who take meals on the go, you might want to invest in a nice personal cooler bag to keep your meals chilled safely.
