This is A WEEK OF HARD LABOR. 5 days, 5 totally distinct and intense workouts. Each day, Sagi targets a different muscle group and takes it to exhaustion. Picnics are for Labor Day. This is about RESULTS. You’ll be glad it’s over, but Sagi knows you’ll be coming back for more of these perfectly designed routines.
