Want to see the BEST RESULTS with 22 Minute Hard Corps?  Of course you do!  Well, good news.  Since I started 22 Minute Hard Corps, I’ve lost over 40lbs and completely transformed my body inside and out.  With that being said, it’s been a crazy journey so far.  I have definitely learned so much over the course of the past few months.  Now, I would like to share some simple tips with you to help you get started and get the best results possible with 22 Minute Hard Corps!

5 Tips for 22 Minute Hard Corps:

Commit 100% –  So, you’re getting ready to start your 22 Minute Hard Corps journey.  Well, you’ve successfully completely the first step, which is deciding to do 22 Minute Hard Corps.  Now, the second step would be to go into this journey 100%, all-in, with no regrets, don’t hold back, and get ready to give it everything you have.  This commitment needs to be more than just a physical commitment.  It needs to be a mental commitment, too.  If you are like me when I started my 22 Minute Hard Corps journey (out of shape, overweight, poor health, etc), then understand that this will be a change, it will be a challenge and it will be tough.  This workout is a 60-day workout designed to completely change your body, so it’s not just a walk in the park.  Your mind will give up on you far before your body does.  With that being said, if you are mentally prepared for this, understand the obligation, have a strong idea of what your goals are, and have a strong desire on why you need to achieve them, then you have a greater chance staying focused, motivated and committed.

Throw Out The Junk – If you want to see the absolute best results with 22 Minute Hard Corps, you need to commit to the system beyond just the workouts.  You need to commit to the meal plan, too.  Thankfully, the meal planning and portion control structure of the nutritional plan is easy to do and nothing too crazy to learn, so getting started with this isn’t hard to do at all.  However, if you keep the junk food, snacks, sugars, sweets, treats, and cookies in your cabinets and refrigerator, and pass by them every time you enter the kitchen, then this meal plan goes from simple to unbelievably hard.  If you are serious about getting the best results with 22 Minute Hard Corps, then get rid of the junk food.  Out of sight, out of mind.  If you don’t see the bad stuff and if you aren’t surrounded with the junk, then you won’t crave it.  Plus, the less you have of the junk and the more you start having healthier alternatives, the more satisfied your body becomes, the better you feel, the faster results you see and the more you realize, you don’t want those chips, cookies and ice cream.

Get Ready to Take Photos – A big thing I noticed during my 22 Minute Hard Corps was how fast my body was changing.  Every day, my weight was dropping, my cuts were getting deeper and my body was looking better and better.  I set some big goals when I started 22 Minute Hard Corps, so I knew I needed to always keep myself accountable and make sure I was progressing in the direction I needed to.  To help me see this, taking weekly photos was a huge help.  At the end of every week, I would take photos and compare from prior weeks.  This helped me see where I was improving physically, and where I needed to continue focusing on.  Plus, in addition to this, since I am a Coach and have a few different challenge groups, taking photos was a great way for me to stay accountable and share my progress with the others doing 22 Minute Hard Corps with me.  Photos are a great boost of accountability and a great way to make sure you are progressing in the right direction.  And once you’re done with your 22 Minute Hard Corps round, you can look back on all the photos and see how far you’ve come since day one.

Have Everything You Need – When I started my 22 Minute Hard Corps journey, I was in a bad place physically and mentally.  For those who haven’t seen my full story, click here.  I was in the hospital battling health issues, so I was desperate and knew I needed to commit 100% and see the best results I could.  With that being said, I instantly knew I wanted to replace on meal a day with Shakeology.  Ever since day one, I have had Shakeology as my breakfast.  This has allowed me to replenish my body with the nutrients I needed after a night of sleep, but without the calories.  This helped my weight loss tremendously.  If weight loss is a serious goal of yours, I would recommend this.  If you begin to lose too much weight too quick, then you can alter your Shakeology recipe to have more calories and fat.  Example, you can do the peanut butter cup Shakeology recipe, or the Cake Batter Shakeology recipe.  Or even spice it up and do Shakeology brownie batter or Shakeology peanut butter chocolate lava cake or Shakeology no-bake cookies or even Shakeology ice cream!

Personally, I went with the 22 Minute Hard Corps + Shakeology Challenge Pack option because I wanted to have everything I needed right away to commit.  I thought to myself, “Hell, this is 60 days.  I’m not happy where I am at right now.  I owe it to myself and my family to give it everything I possible have, do everything I can in my power, and get everything I need to see the best results possible.”  So that’s what I did and recommend to others.  You will never regret hard work.  Invest into yourself now… or invest even more into yourself later when you need much more help.

Also, when it comes to equipment, make sure you have everything you need for 22 Minute Hard Corps.  You will need some dumbbells, ranging from 10lbs to 30lbs mostly.  As you become stronger, you might exceed 30lbs on a few of the moves.  If you don’t have dumbbells or can’t afford dumbbells, you can get resistance bands.  With you also need a pull-up bar, however, if you don’t have access to a pull-up bar, you can secure resistance bands from the ceiling and pull down like the modifier in the workouts will show you.  You can use the 22 Minute Hard Corps sandbag, too, which comes in handy for a lot of the resistance moves that the dumbbells are a little too awkward to use.  I would recommend a soft mat to jump on to save your knees and also a great pair of cross-training shoes.

Show Up Every Day – The key to your 22 Minute Hard Corps results will be consistency.  Staying committed and consistent to the 22 Minute Hard Corps workout and to the meal plan every day.  As you begin your 22 Minute Hard Corps journey, you might be challenged., but never get discouraged.  Keep showing up, pressing play, following the modifiers if you need to, and keep with it.  The more consistent you are, the stronger you will become.  The stronger you become, the more intense your workouts are.  The more intense your workouts are, the better results you will see.  But all of this is sparked by your consistency to stick to the program.  If you can suck it up, push yourself through your traditional boundaries and challenge yourself to new levels for 60 days, you won’t regret it.  Sure, there will be some days you aren’t as motivated, or you aren’t as energized, or you aren’t as dialed in.  It happens.  To help, we’ve created a great Accountability Group on Facebook we can have you be a part of to help you stay focused, boost you up when you need it, and keep you on the right track.  You will have other folks who are just like you, going through the same workout, there to push you and encourage you.  If you want more information on our group or if you want to join our group, click here.

BONUS TIP – Go Hard Or Go Home – 22 Minute Hard Corps is 22 minutes a day, so you better be giving those 22 minutes everything you possibly have!  Go into every workout with the mindset that you are going to absolutely crush it.  Once that workout is done and you’re left dripping sweat, be proud of what you just did and have absolutely no regrets.  After your 22 Minute Hard Corps workout, you should know that you gave it everything you had.  Heck, I love how these workouts are so short.  By the time I realize I am tired and feel like I’m going to puke or pass out (haha!), it’s already over!  This is by far the quickest, most intense, fastest workout I have ever done.  So with that in mind, with it being so short, you should be giving your workouts nothing but the best effort.

If you struggle keeping up with the troops, it’s okay!  Keep moving!  Do your best to just keep moving.  Every 22 Minute Hard Corps workout includes a troop-member(s) who will be showing you modified versions of every move you do.  If you can’t quite hang with the normal troops, then take a step back and follow the modifier the best you can.  If you can’t keep up with the modifier, then jog in place.  Just whatever you do, don’t stop moving!  Give it everything you have!  It’s 22 minutes… you can do anything for 22 minutes!  Just keep pushing through!
