What’s on the 21 Day Fix’s Grocery List?

The 21-Day Fix is definitely one of the top programs!  It has an amazing meal plan, structured and simple-to-follow portion controlled containers, easy and basic simple recipes using real foods, and a great workout plan to bring it all together.

I’ve helped so many people commit to the 21 Day Fix and everyone has seen amazing results with it.  More importantly, everyone has LEARNED something from doing it.  Not only does the 21-Day Fix help you lose weight, get healthy and feel amazing, but it teaches you the importance of understanding your nutrition.  Whether it’s a better understanding of the categories of food, or understanding the purpose of different foods, or learning nutritional levels of food, or mastering the proper portions, the 21-Day Fix is going to teach you so much.  This is the REAL transformation that will stay with you as you make this a lifestyle change.

To help you get a better idea of the 21-Day Fix, I thought sharing an example grocery list of the items we usually purchase before we begin. The 21-Day Fix’s meal plan and recipe guide is quite flexible.. actually, it’s REALLY flexible, that’s the glory of it.  So you may see some food items you don’t like.  That’s okay!  Tailoring the 21-Day Fix to what you enjoy is possible.
