Those who are fanatics of the 21-Day Fix will love this one.  Autumn Calabrese will be launching a sequel to her original in February called the 21-Day Fix Extreme. It will have the same concept as the original 21-Day Fix, same portion controlled meal planning, however, the workouts will be bumped up a notch in intensity for better, faster results.

The 21 Day Fix Extreme could be for everyone.  If you are looking to lose weight, or looking to tone and tighten, or looking to improve your nutrition and meal planning, this is for you.  And the best part is, just because this is the sequel to the original 21-Day Fix, beginners can still do it, although it’s recommended to start with the original 21-Day Fix first.  But the good news is, there will be a modifier just like Kat was in the 21 Day Fix.  Autumn has said the EXTREME workouts will be harder, include more weights, and the meal plan will take out the treats and wine… but hey, you just need to make it three weeks.

Expect some amazing results!  With the combination of the intense workouts and the perfectly structured meal plan, it won’t take long at all for your body to react and start changing.  The program is designed to be the perfect “last minute” “quick fix”, so with that said, expect to see results fast.  Here are some amazing 21-Day Fix Extreme transformations:

With the 21 Day Fix Extreme, the workouts are still only 30 minutes long and the program is for 21 days.

The 21 Day Fix Extreme workout program follows the same style of meal planning as the original 21 Day Fix. Also when you order from this site, you also get Autumn’s exact competition prep that can work for BOTH Men and Women.

21 Day Fix helps you lose weight and introduces you to some basic portion controlled meal planning, and then 21 Day Fix Extreme takes you to the next level to get you vacation ready, bikini ready, and even competition ready.
